We are smack dab in the depth of winter now. It has been beyond cold recently, but the temperature has risen a bit just over the past few days. That means that when it snows you get those big fat flakes drifting down. My dogs love the snow.
And a little video of Susie, singing along as an ambulance passes through the neighbourhood.

We had a golden retriever that 'sang' every time a plane went over the house!
Thanks for making me smile this morning :)
the weather is crazy. Calgary broke a 77yr record yesterday with 13*C and today they issue a snow fall warning! ugh. my Lily howls at sirens too!
So cute!! We don't get snow all that often but my beagles will barely go outside. Guess it's a good thing that we live in the south!
Jennifer :)
Your dogs are beautiful! I love watching them in the snow...through your photos!
Wow! I just can't quite get my head around that much snow :) Please send me your address again Lesly - something will be winging it's way to you shortly. Weather permitting of course!
What beautiful babies!!!! I have a yellow lab who LOVES the snow. Great pics....
I love the one with his/her ears perked up!
great pictures!
Love this post, and I am so jealous of all your snow!
PS- Susie is adorable when howling, nevermind the noise.
Lesly, your puppies are adorable! Definitely worth sharing!!
Major dump of snow here in central Canada. I hope the snow doesn't pick up as that would make something to sing about! lol
What great photos! I saw a golden like that a couple weeks ago right after he finished a race pulling his owner on cross-country skis!
Those dog pictures are so cute, that's the nice thing about snow, it gives you a reason to go out in the cold. I really liked how your other dog came running to Susie while she sang, like it was wondering if she was OK!
We are having the worst winter in ages, I saw where in was 40 in Alaska, we've not been above 20 in weeks, why is it warmer in Alaska than central Illinois!!
These are priceless photos of your beautiful dogs!
